Lancelot Ventures Limited has had over twenty years
of existence having been incorporated as a private limited liability company in
February 1993 with registration No RC 216,619.
The company commenced active operation in 19997 with haulage
business. She was a transporter to some major petroleum marketing companies for
a decade (1997 – 2007).
The entire business went through a major restricting
exercise in early 2008. This refocused the company on a new operational lines –
majorly real estate and investments. The restructuring also birthed a mid-term
Strategic Plan (2008 – 2010) with new MISSION and VISION Statement.
Consequently, the company divested from the haulage business.
The operational office was relocated from Shagamu to Lagos.
The company has major interest in Bird Song Glory
Nigeria Limited (a leasing company), Lagoon Communications Limited and RECI
Properties Limited (a real estate company).
